E challan Punjab online check (PSCA)
Punjab's e-challans come from the Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) cameras.
- Open echallan.psca.gop.pk.
- Enter your vehicle registration number.
- Enter the CNIC of the registered owner, or the chassis number.
- Search to see pending challans, often with the camera picture of the violation.

E challan check Karachi and Sindh
Karachi's camera-based e-challan system is run by Sindh Police. Check your vehicle on the Sindh Police website or the official TRACS citizen app by entering the registration number. Registration and token tax are a separate matter handled by the Excise department.
E challan Islamabad check
Islamabad's e-challans are issued by the Islamabad Capital Police using Safe City cameras. On islamabadpolice.gov.pk, open E-Challan Verification and search with the vehicle number or CNIC. Disputed challans can be raised at the ICT Police counter at the Pakistan Asaan Khidmat Center.
What to do about a wrong challan
Cameras make mistakes, and number plates are sometimes cloned.
- Check the picture attached to the challan — is it your vehicle?
- If not, raise a complaint through the official portal or traffic police office for that city.
- Report a suspected cloned plate to the traffic police straight away.
- Keep screenshots of the challan and your complaint.
Avoid challans in the first place
Most camera challans are for a few common violations: signal violations, speeding, no helmet, no seat belt, using a phone while driving and lane violations. Unpaid challans can lead to extra charges and, in some cities, action against the vehicle — so check every few months even if you think you have none.
