Notice & Takedown

Last updated: August 2026. IP infringement reports: ip@dapxop.com

dapxop (operated by dapxop Technologies (Private) Limited, registered in Pakistan) is an online marketplace: independent sellers list and sell their own goods. We respect intellectual-property rights and act on valid reports of infringement. This process lets rights holders — or their authorised agents — report listings that infringe a trademark, copyright, patent, or registered design so we can review and remove them. It works alongside our Prohibited & Restricted Items policy.

1. Who Can File

The owner of the intellectual-property right, or a person legally authorised to act on the owner’s behalf (such as a lawyer or brand-protection agent). If you are not the owner, please state your authority to act.

2. What a Valid Notice Must Contain

To act quickly and fairly, we need enough information to identify the right and the infringing listing. Please include all of the following:

  • Your details: full name, company, role, email, and phone, and — if you are an agent — the rights holder you represent and your authority to act.
  • The right you rely on: the trademark, copyright, patent, or design, with registration numbers and jurisdiction where applicable (e.g. IPO-Pakistan registration or an international registration).
  • The infringing listing(s): the exact dapxop product URL(s) and/or store link(s), and a brief description of how each infringes.
  • A good-faith statement: that you believe in good faith the identified use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  • An accuracy statement: that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Your signature (typed full name is acceptable) and the date.

Submit your notice using the form below, or email it to ip@dapxop.com. Notices missing required information may be delayed while we ask you to complete them.

3. How We Respond

We review valid notices promptly. Where a listing clearly infringes or breaches our Prohibited & Restricted Items policy — for example, counterfeit or replica branded goods — we will remove or disable it, and may notify the seller, withhold related payouts, and apply penalties up to permanent removal of the store.

We keep a record of notices and the action taken. We may share your notice with the affected seller so they understand why their listing was removed and can respond.

4. Counter-Notice (for Sellers)

If your listing was removed and you believe this was a mistake — for example, your goods are genuine and authorised, or the complaint is incorrect — you may submit a counter-notice to ip@dapxop.com. Include your name and contact details, the listing concerned, and an explanation with any supporting evidence (such as proof of authorisation or authenticity). We will review and, where appropriate, restore the listing.

5. Repeat Infringers & Abuse

Sellers who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights will be suspended or permanently removed from dapxop.

Submitting false or bad-faith notices is prohibited and may itself carry legal consequences. Please only report listings you genuinely believe infringe your rights.

6. Contact

Intellectual-property reports and counter-notices: ip@dapxop.com. For other trust and safety matters, email trust@dapxop.com or use our Contact page. This process is provided to handle infringement reports efficiently and does not limit any rights or remedies available to rights holders under law.
