Account Information: When you register as a buyer or seller, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and password (stored as a hashed value). Sellers are additionally required to provide their bank account or Easypaisa/JazzCash details for payouts.
Order and Transaction Data: We record all orders you place or receive, including item details, quantities, prices, shipping addresses, and payment status. This data is retained for a minimum of seven years for financial compliance purposes under Pakistani law.
Payment Information: We do not store full card numbers. Payment card data is processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners. We retain transaction IDs and masked card details (last four digits, expiry) for order tracking and dispute resolution.
Usage and Browsing Data: We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, products viewed, search queries, time spent on pages, and clickstream data. This is collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.
Device and Technical Data: We collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and approximate location (city-level, derived from IP address).
Communications: If you contact our support team, we retain records of that communication including messages, attachments, and resolution notes.
2. How We Use Your Data
Order Processing and Fulfilment: Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with the relevant seller and our courier partners to dispatch and deliver your orders. This is the primary purpose for which we collect personal data and is necessary to provide our service.
Account Management: We use your data to create and maintain your account, authenticate logins, and allow you to manage your orders, wishlist, and seller dashboard.
Fraud Prevention and Platform Security: We analyse transaction patterns, device data, and account behaviour to detect and prevent fraud, account takeover, fake reviews, and other abuse. This is a legitimate interest that protects all users on our platform.
Customer Support: When you contact us, we use your account data and order history to resolve your query efficiently.
Marketing and Personalisation: With your consent, we send you promotional emails, SMS notifications, and personalised product recommendations based on your browsing and purchase history. Courier Partners: Your name, phone number, and delivery address are shared with our courier partners (TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P, and Trax) solely for the purpose of delivering your order. These partners are contractually obligated to handle your data in accordance with this policy and may not use it for any other purpose.
Payment Processors: Payment information is handled by our third-party payment gateway partners. We share only the minimum data necessary (order amount, currency, reference number) to process your payment.
Sellers: When you place an order, the relevant seller receives your name, delivery address, and phone number to prepare your order. Sellers are prohibited under our Seller Agreement from using this data for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.
Legal Obligations: We may disclose your data to government authorities, law enforcement, or courts when required to do so by law, court order, or to protect the safety and security of our users or the public.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their own marketing purposes. Ever.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (local storage, session storage) on our website and app. Cookies are small files stored on your device that help us provide a better experience.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption for all data in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive fields, regular security audits, and strict access controls. However, no system is completely secure.
