Order and Transaction Data: We record all orders you place or receive, including item details, quantities, prices, shipping addresses, and payment status. This data is retained for a minimum of seven years for financial compliance purposes under Pakistani law.
Payment Information: We do not store full card numbers. Payment card data is processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners. We retain transaction IDs and masked card details (last four digits, expiry) for order tracking and dispute resolution.
Usage and Browsing Data: We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, products viewed, search queries, time spent on pages, and clickstream data. This is collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies.
