Terms of Service

By accessing or using dapxop in any manner — including browsing listings, placing an order, creating a seller account, or simply visiting our website — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our platform. dapxop reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Buyers: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Minors may browse the platform but may not register, place orders, or enter into any transaction.

Sellers: In addition to the 18-year-old minimum age requirement, sellers are personally verified by the dapxop team before their store goes live. This involves a brief verification call to confirm seller details. Sellers who do not complete the verification process will not be permitted to list products or receive payouts.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, truthful, and complete, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Accurate Information: Buyers must provide a valid delivery address and reachable phone number when placing orders. dapxop and our courier partners cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate address information.

Payment: Buyers agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including any applicable delivery charges. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you agree to have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD deliveries without valid cause may result in account restrictions.

No Chargebacks Without Contact: If you have an issue with an order, you must contact dapxop Support or open a formal dispute through your account within 7 days of delivery before initiating any bank chargeback or payment reversal. Initiating an unjustified chargeback without first engaging our dispute process is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

7-Day Dispute Window: Buyers have 7 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery to report issues including damage, wrong items, or items not matching the listing description. Disputes raised after this window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement unless a latent defect can be demonstrated.

Prohibited Conduct: Buyers may not attempt to contact sellers directly to arrange off-platform transactions, engage in fraudulent dispute claims, or harass sellers or dapxop staff.

Accurate Listings: Sellers must ensure that all product listings are accurate, complete, and not misleading. This includes product photos (which must be original and unedited representations of the actual item), descriptions, material details, dimensions, and pricing. Listing counterfeit, replica, or otherwise misrepresented goods is strictly prohibited.

48-Hour Dispatch Requirement: Sellers must dispatch confirmed orders within 48 hours (2 business days) of receiving the order notification. Failure to dispatch within this window without valid cause may result in automatic cancellation, a refund to the buyer, and a seller performance strike on your account.

Quality Packaging: Sellers are responsible for packaging products in a manner that protects them during transit. Damage caused by inadequate packaging is the seller's responsibility and may result in a refund being issued at the seller's expense.

Prohibited Items: Sellers may not list or sell any items in the prohibited categories defined in Section 7 of these Terms. Violations will result in immediate listing removal and may result in permanent account suspension.

Off-Platform Sales: Sellers may not use buyer contact information obtained through dapxop to solicit off-platform transactions. Doing so constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate permanent ban.

dapxop operates an escrow model for all transactions to protect both buyers and sellers.

Prepaid Orders: When a buyer completes a prepaid order, their payment is held securely by dapxop and not released to the seller until the buyer confirms delivery or the order auto-confirms after 72 hours of the courier marking the parcel as delivered, whichever is earlier.

COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, the buyer pays the courier at the point of delivery. The courier remits the collected amount to dapxop, which then processes the payment to the seller according to the payout schedule for their plan.

Dispute Hold: If a buyer opens a dispute within the 7-day window, any pending payout to the seller for that order will be placed on hold until the dispute is resolved.

Refunds: If a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favour, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days for prepaid orders or credited as dapxop wallet balance for COD orders, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

dapxop charges a commission on each successful sale. The commission rate depends on your seller plan:

Commission is calculated on the order subtotal (excluding delivery charges) and is deducted automatically before payout. dapxop reserves the right to adjust commission rates and plan pricing with 30 days' notice to affected sellers. Additional fees may apply for optional premium services such as promoted listings.

The following categories of items are strictly prohibited on dapxop and may not be listed, sold, or shipped through our platform:

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and any component parts thereof
• Counterfeit or replica goods, including imitations of branded products
• Adult content, sexually explicit materials, or items intended for adult use
• Politically sensitive materials, propaganda, or items bearing political slogans
• Pirated media, cracked software, or any product that infringes intellectual property rights
• Controlled substances, prescription medications, or narcotics of any kind
• Alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products
• Live animals or endangered species products
• Gambling devices or services
• Stolen goods or items of uncertain provenance
• Items that promote hatred, discrimination, or violence against any group

dapxop reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it is deemed to violate these prohibitions or the spirit of our marketplace.

All content on the dapxop platform that is not user-generated — including our logo, brand name, website design, code, copy, and imagery — is the exclusive property of dapxop Technologies (Private) Limited and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Sellers retain ownership of their product photographs and listing content, but by uploading content to dapxop, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purposes of operating and promoting the dapxop marketplace.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dapxop Technologies (Private) Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

dapxop's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to dapxop in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rs 5,000, whichever is greater.

dapxop acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to the contract of sale between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of items listed; the ability of sellers to complete a sale; or the ability of buyers to complete a purchase.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
