🛒 Ordering & payment
Ordering & payment
Placing an order, paying by Cash on Delivery or advance, carts, and promo codes.
How do I place an order on dapxop?+
Browse or search for a product, open it, choose any options (like size or colour) and the quantity, then tap Add to Cart. When you’re ready, go to your cart and tap Checkout. Enter your delivery address, pick a payment method, review the total, and confirm. You’ll get an order number straight away and can follow it from My Orders in your account.
What payment methods can I use?+
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on every order — you pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives, so no money leaves your hands until you have the item. Some sellers also offer advance payment (full or a deposit) for made-to-order pieces; when they do, it’s clearly shown on the product page, and advance payments are held safely by dapxop until your order is confirmed.
What is advance payment and how does it work?+
For made-to-order or higher-value items, a seller may ask for an advance — either the full amount or a percentage deposit — before they start making your order. You pay and upload proof at checkout, dapxop verifies it, and the funds are held on your behalf (escrow-style) rather than going straight to the seller. This protects you: the seller only receives it once dapxop confirms your payment, and the rest is Cash on Delivery.
Do I need an account to order?+
You can browse and add to your cart freely, but you’ll need to sign in to check out. Creating an account is free and takes a few seconds — it lets you track orders, save a wishlist, get price-drop and back-in-stock alerts, message sellers, and reorder in one tap.
How do I use a promo or discount code?+
Enter the code in your cart or on the checkout page and apply it. There are two kinds: seller codes (which discount only that seller’s items in your cart) and dapxop codes (which can apply across your whole order). The discount is always shown in your total before you confirm — nothing is applied silently.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?+
If the seller hasn’t dispatched it yet, message them from the order to ask for a change or cancellation — most are happy to help. A seller can also cancel an unfulfilled order (for example if an item just sold out), and you’ll be notified with the reason. Once a parcel is on its way with the courier it can’t be recalled, but buyer protection still covers you if it arrives wrong.
Are the prices the final amount I pay?+
The product price is set by the seller. At checkout you’ll also see any delivery charge and, on COD orders, a small handling fee — all itemised before you confirm, so the total you see is the total you pay. Some sellers offer free delivery above a spend threshold, shown on the product and in your cart.
Is my payment and personal information safe?+
Yes. With COD you never share card details at all. Your account and delivery details are kept private and are only shared with a seller to the extent needed to ship your order — sellers never see your email, and dapxop keeps buyer and seller contact on-platform.
🚚 Delivery & shipping
Delivery & shipping
Where we deliver, how long it takes, couriers, charges, and tracking.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?+
Yes — sellers on dapxop ship nationwide, from major cities to smaller towns, through trusted couriers like TCS, Leopards, and Call Courier. Cash on Delivery is available across the country, so you can order from anywhere in Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?+
Two things add up: the seller’s processing time (how long they need to make or prepare your item — shown on every product page) plus courier transit time. Ready-made items often arrive within a few days; handmade or made-to-order pieces can take a week or two to prepare. The product page shows the estimate before you buy, so there are no surprises.
How do I track my order?+
Open your account and go to My Orders. You’ll see the status move through Placed → Confirmed → Packed → Dispatched → Delivered as the seller works through it, along with the courier name and tracking number once it ships. You also get notifications at each step so you don’t have to keep checking.
Is there a delivery charge?+
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the seller and your location, and it’s always shown before you confirm. Some sellers offer free delivery above a certain order value — where they do, it’s displayed on the product page and applied automatically in your cart.
My order has more than one seller — will it arrive together?+
If your cart has items from different sellers, each seller ships their own part separately, so parcels may arrive at different times. In My Orders you’ll see a per-seller status for each part, so you always know exactly what has shipped and what’s still being prepared.
What if my order is taking longer than expected?+
First check the product’s stated processing time plus courier transit — made-to-order items simply take longer to prepare. If it’s clearly overdue, message the seller from the order for an update. If you can’t reach them or the order never arrives, contact dapxop support and buyer protection will help resolve it.
Do you ship internationally?+
dapxop is built for buyers and sellers within Pakistan, with nationwide Cash on Delivery. International shipping isn’t supported at this time.
↩️ Returns & refunds
Returns & refunds
Returns, refunds, disputes, and what to do if something arrives wrong.
Can I return an item?+
Return and exchange policies are set by each seller and shown on the product page — some accept returns, some are made-to-order and final sale. Regardless of a seller’s policy, if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or clearly not as described, you’re covered by the dapxop Buyer Protection Program. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full step-by-step.
What if my order arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described?+
Open a dispute from that order within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. dapxop reviews the evidence from both sides and resolves it fairly — a refund, a replacement, or another agreed outcome. Because the seller isn’t fully settled until an order is complete, buyer protection has real teeth: the seller isn’t simply “paid and gone.”
How do refunds work?+
When a return or dispute is approved, the refund is recorded against your order. For Cash on Delivery orders the refund is arranged directly with you; for advance payments the held amount is returned. The exact method depends on how the order was paid — dapxop coordinates it as part of resolving the dispute.
How long do I have to raise an issue?+
You have 48 hours from the moment your order is marked delivered to open a dispute. That window keeps things fair and fresh for both sides, so please check your order as soon as it arrives and raise anything wrong straight away with photos.
What happens after I open a dispute?+
The seller is asked to respond, and you can both add photos and messages privately to dapxop — you only ever share evidence with dapxop, not directly with each other. dapxop reviews everything and decides the outcome. You’re notified at each step, and if the seller doesn’t respond in time, dapxop steps in to resolve it.
The seller and I disagree — who decides?+
dapxop acts as a neutral referee. Both sides submit their evidence privately, dapxop weighs it against the order details and the item description, and makes the final call. This is the whole point of buying through the platform rather than off it — there’s an impartial process to fall back on.
🛡️ Buyer protection & safety
Buyer protection & safety
Escrow-style protection, verified sellers, reviews, and shopping safely.
What is the dapxop Buyer Protection Program?+
Every order is backed by buyer protection and escrow-style handling: the seller isn’t fully settled until your order is complete, and advance payments are held by dapxop rather than paid out immediately. If something goes wrong, there’s a real dispute process to make it right. That’s what lets you buy confidently from small and brand-new sellers.
Are sellers verified?+
Yes. dapxop reviews and verifies sellers before their store goes live, and new sellers have extra safeguards until they’ve built a track record. Look for the verified badge on a store, along with real customer reviews left by buyers who actually received their orders.
Can I trust the reviews and ratings?+
Reviews on dapxop can only be left by buyers who placed and received an order for that item — they’re tied to real, delivered purchases, not anonymous drive-by ratings. That makes a store’s star rating and written reviews a genuine signal of what to expect.
Is it safe to shop from a store I’ve never heard of?+
Yes, and that’s by design. With Cash on Delivery you only pay when the parcel is in your hands, and buyer protection covers you if there’s a problem. As extra confidence, prefer verified sellers with reviews, and always buy through the platform so a dispute process exists if you need it.
How do I report a suspicious listing or seller?+
On any product page you can report the listing with a reason — dapxop reviews reports and takes action on anything that breaks the rules. If you’ve had a bad experience with an order, opening a dispute or contacting support is the fastest way to get it looked at.
Why should I keep everything on dapxop instead of paying a seller directly?+
If you pay a seller off-platform (bank transfer, DM deals, etc.), none of the protections apply — there’s no escrow, no dispute process, and no record dapxop can act on. Keeping the order, payment, and messages on dapxop is exactly what makes you safe.
Cash on Delivery + buyer protection means you can shop a brand-new small business with confidence — you pay when it arrives, and you’re covered if it isn’t right.
👤 Your account
Your account
Signing up, passwords, wishlist, alerts, messaging, and privacy.
How do I create an account?+
Tap Sign up, enter your email and a password, or continue with Google in one tap. It’s completely free and takes a few seconds. Your account unlocks order tracking, a wishlist, alerts, and one-tap reordering.
I forgot my password — what do I do?+
On the sign-in page, tap “Forgot password”. We email you a 6-digit code; enter it, then set a new password. The code expires shortly for security, and you’ll get a confirmation once your password is changed.
What can I do with a wishlist?+
Tap the heart on any product to save it to your wishlist. Beyond keeping track of things you love, dapxop can alert you when a wishlisted item drops in price or comes back in stock — so you don’t miss out on something you were waiting for.
How do I message a seller?+
Open any store or product and use “Message seller” (you’ll need to be signed in). Sellers reply from their dashboard, and you’ll be notified when they respond. It’s the right place to ask about sizing, customisation, timelines, or an existing order.
How do notifications work?+
You get in-app notifications for the things that matter — order status changes, seller replies, dispute updates, and wishlist price-drop or back-in-stock alerts. They live in the bell icon so you can catch up any time.
Can I shop and sell with the same account?+
Yes. One dapxop account can both shop and, if you open a store, sell. The only rule is that you can’t buy your own products — everything else works from a single login.
How is my personal information used?+
Your details are kept private and used only to run your orders and account. Sellers are given just what they need to ship to you and never see your email; buyer–seller contact stays on the platform. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
🏪 Selling on dapxop
Selling on dapxop
Opening a store, listing products, plans, fees, and getting paid.
How do I start selling?+
Tap “Sell on dapxop” and complete the seller signup. You can open a store and list your first products on a free plan, so there’s no upfront cost to get started — you only pay a commission when you actually make a sale.
What does it cost to sell?+
The free plan lets you list and sell with no monthly fee; you pay a commission only on completed sales. Paid plans (Growth and Pro) add more listing capacity, lower commission, and extra tools — you can compare them on the Sell page and upgrade whenever it makes sense for your business.
How and when do I get paid?+
Your earnings build up in your dapxop wallet as orders are completed. You then request a payout, which is sent to your bank account, JazzCash, or Easypaisa. New sellers may have payouts held briefly until their first successful delivery, as part of platform safety.
How many products can I list?+
Your plan sets your included listing capacity — the free plan covers a starter set, and Growth and Pro allow more. If you need extra listings beyond your plan, you can buy listing packs. The Sell page and your dashboard always show your current limit.
Do I need a company or tax registration to sell?+
You can start as an individual small business — a formal company isn’t required to open a store. You’re responsible for meeting any tax or legal obligations that apply to your own business, and the Seller Agreement covers the details you agree to when you sign up.
Where can I learn to grow my store?+
Your seller dashboard includes the Seller Academy (step-by-step lessons on listing, pricing, marketing, and finance), a Handbook, and growth tools. There’s also a whole analytics suite so you can see what’s working and improve over time.
